Cancellation Policy: Once your order is confirmed and the product has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy: If you receive a product that is damaged or not as mentioned, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You must also provide us with proof of the product’s condition and a package opening video. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must also provide us with proof of the product’s condition and a package opening video. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the return within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
